WHOLESALE LEVEL QUALIFIERS:
- To qualify for wholesale pricing your product total must be a minimum one-item case.
- Shipping costs are added to the order in the end.
- Wholesale orders cannot be placed online

- We do not fax our price list! We have over 5,000 items. We will gladly discuss price points with you.
PAYMENT
- We accept American Express, Master Card, and Visa
- A full invoice will be packaged with your order.
- On occasion we will accept a corporate check, bank check, or money order; but your order will not be processed or made until we have received payment and your check has been processed through our bank.
SHIPPING
- We ship all packages by UPS only.
- Shipping costs are figured after the order has been made, packaged, and then weighed.
- You will be emailed a UPS tracking number when your order has shipped.
- Most orders are shipped 24 hours after receiving, and payment has been verified.
- UPS does not ship on the weekends.
- We do not charge a handling fee.
FYI
- We do not ship backorders.
- Your charge card information is held in strict confidence.We destroy/do not keep your card on file. We require it each time you order.
- We DO NOT sell or distribute your information to anyone!
- Seasonal items sell out very fast.
- Damages or shortages must be reported within 24 hours.
- We do offer Ice Packs for shipping in warm weather or to warm climates, but we do not guarantee confectionaries melting even when purchasing the ice packs.
WHY NOT?
- Candy is non-returnable due to health department regulations. We accept returns only for damaged items after a UPS claims representative has reviewed the case.
- We do not guarantee any candies shipped in warm weather or to warm climates, please use discretion when ordering candy that melts in warm weather.
